About Dallas Fort Worth Airport

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is one of the busiest in the world. It hosts over 56 million passengers and over 660,000 flights each year. It is also the fourth largest airport with over 18,000 acres and eight runways. The airport is the main hub for American Airlines and subsidiary American Eagle. These two airlines dominate the facilities, utilizing Terminals A, B and C. All other domestic flights use Terminal E. Domestic airlines include Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, US Airways, and United. Foreign carriers include British Airways, Air Canada, Lutfhansa, Emirates, Qantas, TACA, Sun Country Airlines, Cayman Airlines, and KLM. Foreign flights use Terminal D. Skylink light rail links the terminals, but above-ground shuttles are also available.

Parking garages can be found at each terminal. With 28,000 spaces, you should have no difficulty finding a place to park. Valet parking and less expensive remote parking are also available on-site. The terminals and parking are all on International Parkway. You can reach the airport via I-635 or via state highway 183 or 114. Ground transportation includes rental cars, taxis, limos and public transportation. To catch light rail to Dallas or Fort Worth, travelers take a Remote South bus from a terminal stop. These connect to the CentrePort/DFW Airport Station.
